I'm so excited to have you join us for the 5-Day Whole Foods Detox to Help You Feel Better, Have More Energy, and Look Great (Without Up Giving Real Food!)

The leaves are changing, the air is getting cooler, and, if you’re like me, you’re getting ready to get back on track after Summer.  Before you give up on your healthy habits and give in to the sugary treats of the holidays (pumpkin spice EVERYTHING), there’s still time to drop some weight, get more energy and get your glow back. 


Many of us may think of Summer as eating lighter and healthier, but we also might be eating more sugary treats (ex: ice cream!) than we realize. As the seasons change, we’re given a great opportunity to check in and re-assess how we’re doing with our health goals.


Here's what you need to know:

Mark your calendar to detox from April 25th - 29th

You'll want to set aside a few hours on the weekend so you can go shopping and prep some food for the week - trust me, this will make the detox SO much easier.

Jump on a ZOOM call with me on Thursday for our Detox training call...This is where I'll walk you through what we'll be doing, what you can expect, and you'll be able to ask questions.
